It already looks like Christmas in our corner of Oregon, and that’s not just because I bargained for setting up the tree on Halloween. We’ve had some beautiful fluffy snow the last week that makes me very grateful for my three-minute commute to work.
But you’re not here to learn about my commute or my Christmas tree. So here we go!
The second quarter of 2020 kind of slipped by without me noticing, which is why I’m sharing this almost a full month into the third quarter. It’s been a crazy year so far, but it has made me so grateful for my health and my family.
We’ve spent a lot of summer afternoons in our backyard, enjoying the best this season has to offer: birds at the bird feeders, juicy grilled peaches, and that childhood feeling where time just kind of stops.
