DIY “Smoked” Almonds
Smoked almonds are a favorite snack of mine, and are very easy to make. With just a few ingredients you can roast up a batch yourself.

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Dissolve salt in water, then mix with almonds to coat.
  3. Spread almonds evenly over a stone baking pan and bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
  4. Remove almonds from oven and splash with smoke sauce, stirring to coat.
  5. Return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
