  1. Place tea bag in jar or other heat-safe container and cover with boiling water, leaving room for remaining ingredients. Steep for at least five minutes.
  2. Remove tea bag and add chia seeds and honey. Cover jar and swirl to combine. Uncover and allow to cool.
  3. Add fruit to jar, cover and refrigerate overnight to allow chia seeds to hydrate. Enjoy!
