No food processor? No problem. These delicious nuggets of chocolate and peanut butter require nothing more than a bowl, spoon, and measuring cup – perfect for snack or dessert emergencies.

Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
  2. Slightly warm peanut butter in microwave or on stove top.
  3. Combine peanut butter with remaining wet ingredients and stir into oat mixture. Stir well, then add in chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Roll mixture into 1-tablespoon size balls, adding more oats if it is too sticky to work with.
  5. Refrigerate in sealed container (if they make it that far).
